It's Mental Health Awareness Week (10-16 May 2021).
The theme this year is nature-try to spend some time outdoors, take a walk, meet a friend outdoors for a chat or sit outside in the fresh air for a while to help connect nature and feel more positive.
It's been a tough year, be gentle with yourself and others.
