Today is World Mental Health Day.

Although we should protect our mental health everyday, it's a useful reminder.

Our emotions, decisions, concerns, environment and the people in our lives have an enormous impact on how emotionally secure we feel.

Remember to prioritise your mental health, today and everyday.

Causeway Coast Counselling & Hypnotherapy has the following appointments available from w/c 14th October 2024:

Limavady at the Roe Valley Therapy Centre on Tuesdays at 10am and 3pm.

Coleraine at Zachary Geddis Building on Thursdays at 11am, 4pm and 5pm, evening appointments are also available.

Counselling sessions are available face to face, online or by phone.
